Sign up for a session to replace your fear of getting dementia with excitement for your future whether you get it or not!
Before you begin, sign up for this FREE, fun tool that will guide you throughout these steps and beyond!
A MoMo-Map™ is your map to More Moments. It’s a one-page, portable document that shares who you are and what you love. It’s designed to travel with you from home to the hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and any other step on the often unpredictable journey of aging, illness, and disability.
If you’re afraid of getting dementia, this is the best tool to create thousands of meaningful moments from now until the end of your life.
This information is most effectively shared BEFORE your ability to communicate becomes impaired, so the best time to make it is NOW.
Because a MoMo-Map™ can be a life-changing support, it’s available to individuals for FREE when you sign up for Love Letters To Your Brain. Professionals and organizations are invited to inquire about group rates at emersonlee@makinghappymemories.com.
